What roofing CRMs cost in 2026
Published prices, contracts, setup fees and texting costs, side by side, with a link to each source.
By Closenture · Prices checked November 5, 2026 · Closenture is our own product

For a roofing team of six, published CRM prices run from $199 to $750 a month. JobNimbus and AccuLynx do not publish prices; Leap, Roofr, Builder Prime and I Am Management Solution do. Per-user fees, one-year contracts, setup fees and texting add-ons change the real cost more than the headline price.

What changes the real cost
- Per-user fees. Adding a setter or a closer can add $60 to $99 a month on per-user plans. Flat plans (Closenture, Roofr) cost the same at three users or ten.
- Contract length. Leap plans are one-year contracts paid monthly. Month-to-month plans let you leave if the team does not use the software.
- Setup fees. I Am Management Solution lists $500 per app; JobNimbus and Roofr say there are no required setup fees.
- Texting. Often an add-on: $49 a month at Roofr, $200 a month plus $0.03 a message at Builder Prime, $0.06 a text at I Am Management Solution.
- Pay-as-you-go items. Measurement reports, estimators and AI receptionists are sold separately by several vendors.
Which one fits your company
Price matters less than fit. Going by how each company describes itself:
- Mostly insurance restoration: look at CRMs built around claims and supplier ordering, such as AccuLynx.
- You want measurements and proposals in one place: Roofr is built measurement-first.
- Your reps run polished presentations in the home: Leap is built around in-home presentations.
- Production and crews are your main need: JobNimbus is known for roofing production, and Builder Prime prices field users separately.
- You buy leads from several sources and run setters and closers: Closenture is built to show the cost per sale and profit of each lead source, setter and closer. See the Money Map.
